What Makes Us Different
Clients usually know what they want. What is harder to know — from inside a business — is everything the request touches.
A client says: "change our phone number." A vendor changes the website. We change the website — then check Google Business, social media, advertising accounts, directories, email templates, booking platforms, 360GrandLake where it applies, and everywhere else that number still exists.
That habit applies to everything we do. We deliver what you asked for, completely — then tell you plainly what else is connected to it, what deserves attention next, and what can wait.
Marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, brand, creative, websites, search, content, photography, videography, digital, automation, events, sponsorships and business consulting all live under one roof here. That is what lets us see how the pieces connect.

Our Process
We look at the whole picture, tell you what we see, sequence the work, and do it.
01
We start with what you want changed or promoted — then look at everything connected to it.
02
We flag what else should be updated, corrected or connected, and what genuinely doesn't need attention.
03
We sequence the work by impact and deadline instead of handing over a wish list.
04
We do the work — writing, designing, building, publishing, posting, placing and coordinating.
05
We keep it current. Marketing decays quietly, so someone has to be responsible for noticing.
How We Work
No giant agency minimums. No one-size-fits-all packages. National-caliber work without requiring a national-agency-sized minimum engagement.
Tell us what you're trying to accomplish and what you have to work with. We'll tell you honestly what it takes, what can wait, and where to start.
About GSM
Michelle Robertson founded Grand Splash Marketing in 2009 after working in printing and radio, where she watched local businesses struggle to navigate a digital shift nobody nearby specialized in. She started the agency at her kitchen table.
Today GSM is a full-service marketing, communications, creative and consulting agency serving businesses and organizations nationally — still based at Grand Lake, still led by its founder.
